Foundpath is operated by [legal entity name], registered at [registered address], Mexico. You can reach us at hello@foundpath.io.

Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a hash), or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.

Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your plan and its status. We never see or store full card numbers.

Onboarding data: the business details you submit after purchase, including business name, website, city, service line, primary language, competitors and the questions you expect your customers to ask.

Usage data: we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes we will update this page first.

To provide the service you bought, to run your Research Cycles, to bill you, to support you, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party models beyond what is needed to deliver your Research Cycles.

Stripe (payments and tax calculation), Lovable Cloud and Supabase (application hosting and database), Resend (transactional email delivery), and the model and search providers we use to run Research Cycles: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and the public search and answer engines we monitor on your behalf.

Application and customer data is stored in the United States (AWS, Ohio region). Stripe processes payment data on its own global infrastructure. We keep account and billing records for five years, which is the retention period Mexican tax law requires, and we delete other customer data within 90 days of account closure.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@foundpath.io. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Mexican customers may exercise ARCO rights under the LFPDPPP.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to complete checkout. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.
