Terms of service.

These terms are between you and [legal entity name], registered at [registered address], Mexico. By subscribing you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Ciudad de México.

A monthly subscription to one plan, Grow, Scale or Command, with the Research Cycles, in-flight request limit, page count, market count and reporting cadence listed on the pricing page for that plan at the time you subscribe.

A request is one improvement shipped. A market is one city, service line or language. Unused cycles or requests do not roll over to the next month.

We aim to start a first cycle within two business days of receiving your onboarding details. This is a target we work to, not a guaranteed service level.

Search engines, AI assistants and answer engines rank content by their own rules. We do not guarantee any ranking, visibility score, traffic level, lead volume or revenue outcome.

You give us the access we need to your site and accounts, you own or are licensed to use the content you give us, and you keep your account credentials secure. You may not resell the service without written agreement.

You own your site and the content we publish to it. We retain ownership of our methods, tooling and internal research artefacts. We name you as a customer publicly only with your written permission.

Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative only; your bank sets the conversion rate. Prices are exclusive of tax. Where tax applies, it is calculated and added at checkout. Mexican customers are charged 16% IVA.

Prices may change with 30 days notice by email. A new price always takes effect at your next renewal, never part way through a period you have paid for.

You can cancel at any time. Service continues to the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy.

We may suspend or end an account for non-payment after a failed renewal and a grace period, for abusive use of the request queue, or for any illegal use. Where we end an agreement without cause, we refund the unused remainder of the current month.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
